TES reduces employment costs for clients without reducing quality. TES fees include recruiting costs associated with advertising; screening; interviewing; on-boarding; credential/license monitoring; DOJ, fingerprint, and TB clearances; orientation and training; and ongoing professional development. TES also encourages TES professionals to participate in additional professional development or in-service training opportunities offered by the client so that our TES service providers become an integral part of your school’s professional staff.
Even more importantly, TES’ fees include all salary, payroll taxes, unemployment insurance, workers compensation insurance, heath and retirement benefits, professional liability insurance, personal and sick leave, vacation, and holiday benefits for each professional placed with the client. With flexible scheduling, TES can provide clients with part or full-time employees when and where they are needed for additional cost savings.
